Eric Benson

Eric Benson is a director and actor based out of Toronto. He was a core member of DaPoPo Theatre in Halifax from 2005-2013 (and an Associate Director from 2008-2013). He was a part of the director-mentorship programme at the Stratford Festival in 2011 and 2012, and moved to Toronto in 2013. He’s been working with various theatres in Ontario since then, from all-ages theatre to Shakespeare, including performing in three Dora-nominated ensembles with Solar Stage Theatre. While his strengths are with established works and musical theatre, he has been involved in numerous capacities with many types of theatre.
