After performing in various Toronto productions after graduating from the Randolph Academy, Lee decided to venture into the "behind-the-scenes" side of the theatre industry. He has directed, assistant directed, and stage managed various productions in Toronto and at the Charlottetown Festival. In August 2011, Lee moved to New York to pursue a career as a Company Manager. He has since worked on Irving Berlin's WHITE CHRISTMAS, and the world premier of Disney's NEWSIES (Paper Mill Playhouse); EVITA starring Ricky Martin (Broadway revival); THE BOOK OF MORMON (Latter Day and Jumamosi Tours); WAR HORSE (1st National Tour) FLASHDANCE the Musical (Second National Tour); THE HUMANS; and THE ROBBER BRIDEGROOM revival (Laura Pels Theatre). Lee is now the resident Company Manager at the American Airlines Theatre, and has worked on the recent revivals of LONG DAY'S JOURNEY INTO NIGHT, THE CHERRY ORCHARD, Arthur Miller's THE PRICE, and the Broadway premier of MARVIN'S ROOM. In the fall, he will be company managing the upcoming production of TIME AND THE CONWAYS starring Elizabeth McGovern (Downton Abbey). Lee has had the privilege of collaborating with renowned actors such as Lili Taylor, Celia Weston, Janeane Garofalo, Mark Ruffalo, Danny DeVito, Michael Shannon, Terry Kinney, Diane Lane, Joel Grey, Harold Perrineau, Gabriel Byrne and Jessica Lange.
