John Beale

John Beale is a Toronto-based actor, teacher and director. As an actor he originated the role of Kyle in the world premiere of Macivor's The Best Brothers at the Stratford Festival and at Tarragon Theatre and the role of Nurk in Macivor’s Bingo at Neptune Theatre in Halifax and Factory Theatre in Toronto. He was awarded a Merritt Award for his performance in The Crucible with Two Planks and a Passion. A graduate of the Philippe Gaulier International Theatre School in Paris, John also trained, performed and taught extensively with Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, Massachusetts.
